What is different about working here
We are honest about the trade-off: a small firm gives you more ownership and less structure than a bank. Some people love that and some do not.
Your own clients
You keep the relationships you build, from the first meeting to the review years later. Nobody hands your file to a call centre.
Independent advice
Access to the whole market and no pressure to place business anywhere in particular.
Exams paid for
Fees, study materials and paid leave for the APA, QFA, RPA and anything sensible after them.
Flexibility that is real
Hybrid working, and the school run is a normal reason to be out of the office at three.
We hire when we meet the right person.
Send your CV with a line about the kind of work you want to be doing. It goes on file properly.

Financial Adviser
QFA qualified, three years or more advising clients. You would carry your own clients across mortgages, pensions, retirement and protection.
Receptionist and Client Services Administrator
Front of house and the paperwork behind it. No financial services background needed, and we will pay for your exams if you want them.
How our hiring works
A CV and a few lines
No three-page cover letter. We read every application ourselves and everybody gets a reply.
An informal chat
Half an hour, on the phone or over coffee, to see whether this is the job you think it is.
A proper meeting
You meet the people you would work with, ask us anything, and we make a decision quickly rather than leaving you waiting.
